Thad and I have had the unbelievable opportunity to spend the past 7 days in Jackson Hole, WY. This was the first time that we have been away from the kids for this long... we needed it, but we sure do miss them!! (Thank you GiGi and GaGa for taking care of them while we were gone!) The trip was a Christmas gift from Thad's uncle and aunt, Tom and Gail Cosby. They are such wonderful people and have always been so special to Thad. We are so thankful for the trip, but mostly that they are a part of our lives. Tom and Gail have been out here 6 times, so they know the ropes! We went hiking on some of the most beautiful trails in the US. The Grand Tetons are so massive and beautiful... they are almost unreal. The scenery was indescribable! We saw moose, elk, antelope, bison, and beautiful wildflowers and birds. We took a day trip up to Yellowstone and saw Old Faithful. Thad's sisters, Laurie and Rebekah, his mother, Mardi, and uncle, Dan, were also here. It was a great opportunity to get to know them all better and just enjoy being with family. Thank you, Tom and Gail, for a trip of a lifetime!

I am so jealous! I want to go to Jackson Hole so bad. I love all of your pictures. I'm glad that you had a nice, relaxing time in such a beautiful place.
