Jamie, Emily and baby James came to visit this weekend! We had a great time with these wonderful friends. They got in on Friday evening and we took them to Wild Wing (our favorite!). Things really change when you have babies... going out to eat is just not as fun as it used to be! We got to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful fall weather and the kids enjoyed listening to the "guitar man".
On Saturday morning the big boys (Thad and Jamie) got to burn the wood pile... always a fun fall activity. I stood in the window ready to dial 911! :) We loaded up the cars and headed to a BBQ fundraiser for Breast Cancer. We got to introduce Jamie and Emily to some of our Marietta friends. It was another beautiful day to enjoy the outside! After lunch it was football time!! Alabama won and Thad was happy... Auburn got beat by Vandy and the rest of us were mad. That's SEC football for you!! Will and Annie Gray loved being with James. His visit encouraged Annie Gray to start using a new word- baby. She would walk around saying, "baby" and looking for him. Here they are in their Auburn attire... too bad it didn't pull us through the game!

It is hard to believe that James is already 2 months old! He is so cute and sweet. He was the perfect house guest! I think he looks just like his daddy. We love you James! Come back and see us again soon!
