Thad and I got to spend Memorial Day weekend in Washington, DC with my sister Mandy. She has been living there for a few months as a nurse. We had a GREAT time!! We crammed in so much in 4 days! The highlights: Smithsonian American History, Natural History, and Air & Space (we were there the same time as Tom, Katie and Suri), the Newseum (wonderful!!!), the Spy Museum (fun... a little cheesy), a Nationals game (they lost in the 12th), an Orioles game (they won in the rain), lots of food and lots of drinks!!! I was so proud of Mandy! She got us around that city like a pro! We could not have done half the stuff we did without her help! I know that she is 29 years old, but she is still my baby sister, and I am so proud of her!
