Field Trip

Yesterday we took a little "field trip" from Hilton Head over to Harbor Island to visit Garrett, Missy, David, Livie and their Annie, Nannie and Aunt Lindy. It is fun to play on the beach with your brother or sister, but it is LOTS of fun to play with friends!! They chased each other, played baseball and golf, built castles and wore each other out!

Aunt Kate and Aunt Missy found a sand dollar. Always looking for a good opportunity to learn something new! It only held our interest for a few minutes because Will really needed the bucket it was in!!

After we got all cleaned up we went in for lunch and David and Livie's Annie had made a very special beach lunch: Octo-dogs! It was so cute and the kids loved them! She took a hot dog and cut it so that it had eight little tentacles and spread it out on a pile of mac n cheese. So cute and clever!! Thanks Annie!!

We tried to get a shot of Garrett and I with all of our munchkins, but it was not very successful!!

Thanks so much for letting us come and visit for a few hours! We had a blast and it was so much fun to be able to spend time with you all! Some of my favorite memories as a kid were spent at the beach with Garrett... I hope that Will and Annie Gray will be able to cherish these new memories made with David and Livie!
